I used the hands-on experience with tools that we used in class to put on my resume. My job consisted of getting feedback from members through an online platform, creating content, talking with members, and collecting data from surveys. We used different tools to analyze the data that we were receiving. If it wouldn't have been for the exposure of my class, I would not have understood or been prepared for my internship. The class prepared me so well for the internship that I was offered a remote part time position my senior year while I finished up school!
